I recently received a large overseas shipment that used ZhouDong as its transport agent and I am very impressed the company and its personnel. Of all the firm's we have used, ZhouDong was the only one that called in advance to notify us of an upcoming delivery, co-ordinate with us on the delivery day/time, and confirmed what equipment we had on site (e.g. forklift, etc). The driver even called us 15 minutes before arriving as a courtesy and a heads up. The driver was fantastic and was polite and helpful with ensuring that the shipment was suitably placed in our shop. As I said, I am very impressed and will use them again!
